A Joint venture with a Turkish company, Mitas to do: Route survey, positioning of OHL towers, design of steel towers, soil investigation, design of steel towers foundations, construction of steel towers foundations including precast concrete piling driven into soil due to weak soil structure and bearing capacity, supply of steel towers and conductors and other materials for the 132KV OHL, steel tower erection, OHL conductors stringing between steel towers, grounding of steel towers, commissioning and training of Iraqi staff at MOE.
